To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be safely kept on file and may be applied toward your next appointment.

On the day of your service, the deposit will be deducted from your final total.

As each appointment is exclusively reserved for you, any reduction of services on the day of your booking will incur a 50% charge of the originally scheduled service value.
